Sub-Acute Services

Subacute care is rendered immediately to treat one or more specific, active or complex medical conditions. It is also intended to administer complex treatments of a resident’s underlying long term condition. Subacute care requires the coordinated services of an interdisciplinary team; including physicians, nurses and therapists who are trained to assess and manage these specific conditions. Our subacute unit is designed to facilitate quality care through efficient utilization of staff and resources.
